Extra Paper




1. One regular registration covers a paper with 4-10 printed pages, including all figures, tables, and references;

2. At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference;

3. The Author (Student)/ Listener (Student) price is only applied for the papers whose first author is a student. Student' ID card copy needs to be attached for registration;

4. Listeners can make the registration directly by sending e-mail to the conference secretary.

Payment Methods

* You could get the bank information and PayPal account from the conference secretary.

Payment Receipt

1. After the registration is confirmed, an official receipt of your payment will be sent to you together with all conference materials at the conference site;

2. If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. All refund/cancellation requests must be received before December 31, 2023. An administrative fee of about 30% fee from the paid amount will be deducted from each refund;

2. Authors who have requested for refund after December 31, 2023 are NOT entitled to any refunds;

3. No shows will not be refunded;

4. Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email;

*The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
