Notes:

  1. One regular registration covers a paper of 4-10 printed pages, including all figures, tables, and references;

  2. One listener registration covers 1) access to all sessions; 2) conference materials and handbag; 3) coffee break, lunch buffet on the conference day;

  3. At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the registration deadline for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference;

  4. If you are a current student and need assistance with registration or paper submission, please contact the organizing committee via email and provide a copy of your Student ID card;

  5. Listeners can make the registration directly by sending an e-mail to the Conference Secretary at eecs@acamail.org.


Payment Methods

*Notes:

  1. You can obtain the account details information from the Conference Secretary;

  2. Please note that the bank may charge a service fee (usually up to 30 USD) when making the payment.


Payment Receipt

1. After the registration is confirmed, an official receipt of your payment will be sent to you together with all conference materials at the conference site;

2. If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version.


Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. All refund/cancellation requests must be received before February 28, 2026. An administrative fee of about 30% fee from the paid amount will be deducted from each refund;

2. Authors who have requested for refund after February 28, 2026, are NOT entitled to any refunds;

3. No shows will not be refunded;

4. Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally via email;

*The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and the refunds policy shall not apply as well.
